The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You are entitled, under the Data Protection Act, to see a copy of any information we hold on you. We are happy to supply such information to you upon written request. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information, which we hold, will be held on a secure, password-protected server. Only authorised personnel may access it. This is in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.
